No consumable/kitchen amenities; this is just a great place to relax and get a good night's sleep. 2 min to convenience store 3 min to Lake Fayetteville, Tyson HQ, mall 6 min to Washington Regional 15 min to U of A 5 yrs as a super host; now reopening! The space This space is a private entry master suite that sleeps 1 adult. It has a bed, desk, office chair, easy chair, private bathroom, a deck, and a view of the golf course. Consumable/kitchen amenities are not included; our focus is providing the best place to relax and rest! Located in south-central Springdale near the intersection of Don Tyson Boulevard and Thompson Avenue. Guest access Access to this private suite is through its own exterior door. The door is off the 2nd story deck in the back of our home. Guests walk up the stairs to the deck and across the deck to the door. During your stay You may connect with us as you want or need to. The Airbnb app is preferred for communication. Because you have your own entrance, we usually do not see each other during your stay, but we are available if needed. Please drive slowly through our cul-de-sac and property for the safety of neighbors and pets. Thank you! Other things to note Except for businesses booking for employees using an airbnb business account, guests must register with their own account. Please aprise us of any special circumstances such as an extra vehicle or trailer. We have an extraordinarily long driveway with a small turn around area; it would not be good to pull a trailer into it.
