Caribbean Dunes is a quaint area in Destin known for its neighborhood feel, walking/bike paths and proximity to the beach. This is a no smoking condo. Must be 25 years of age to book this condo per HOA rules. The space Please enjoy the condo as your home away from home. PROVIDED FOR GUESTS 6 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer and a sufficient amount of towels. Also supplied are paper towels, garbage bags, detergent for washer/dishwasher, dryer sheets for dryer and a few cleaning supplies. Guest access The entire condo is accessible to guests. Other things to note Door access to the condo and pool gate will be texted to you morning of your arrival.
