Kink Corner Loft is a one bedroom, one bathroom designer space with polished concrete floors and interesting angles wherever you look. The space Featuring floor to ceiling showcases full of fun stuff to delight, and comfortable quality fittings and furnishing including fully electric vertical shutters spanning large windows for maximum light or privacy. Washer/Dryer, Iron, Convection/microwave oven, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, television and WiFi. Guest access Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience. Other things to note A non-refundable 4.5% fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest.
