This detached villa is an exceptionally large single-family home. It is located on an idyllic equestrian farm in a romantic location, with a view of 20 km in three directions. The amenities were chosen to be of absolutely high quality. The equestrian center with luxurious sauna and large swimming pond is thus beautifully integrated into nature and you can start your walk over hills and forests right from there. The space The property is decorated with a nice ambiance and plenty of white space. It has 6 double rooms and 4 single rooms, only 3 rooms on the ground floor share a bathroom, all other rooms have their bathroom directly connected to their bedroom - just like in a hotel. Guest access The riding stable is part of a hermit farm on a mountain. Next door lives a nice family who is always available to answer questions. In front of the house you can park generously, up to 6 cars, directly. The riding stable is operated all around, with about 30 horses. Other things to note The riding stable has a large natural swimming pond that is accessible directly via the terraces from the spacious eat-in kitchen (70 m²) as well as from the sauna. Especially at night after a sauna session, the natural pool is wonderfully refreshing. This is for the exclusive use of the guests. Wonderful views in three directions allow new inspiring thoughts. The Berg-Hof is also wonderfully suitable as a seminar location because of the enclosed, large room and bright round windows.
