The renovated space features a gourmet kitchen, large living room, and separate media/play area. Outside is a large backyard with seating and a BBQ. The space This family home is outfitted with three bedrooms (Bed 1 has a king bed Bed 2 has a double, Bed 3 has a queen), with a main bathroom with separate toilet and laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your necessary appliances that opens onto the back yard and garden. Outside features a BBQ table with seating for six, plus two lounge seats. The home has air-conditioning in the main lounge room and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. The home is an easy 10 minute stroll to nearby Currimundi dog beach via wide paths and roads with little traffic (as pointed out by our recent guest Jenny). Please note we do not accept cats. *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
