A short stroll along Calle Carabeo will lead you to the famous Balcon de Europa, the heart of Nerja with its beautiful church and many excellent restaurants, bars and cafes, perfect for people watching with a glass of vino or two. Many of our guests return year after year due to our well maintained apartment being located directly above one of Nerjas' pretty beaches and only 5 minutes walk to the centre of Nerja. Please enquire before requesting to book if you would like to bring your pet. There is an immaculate garden with good sized pool. If you are booking for the winter time, please enquire and I will let you know if the pool is open. The outdoor shower overlooks the beautiful Carabeo beach with stunning views across the Med. The pool has a grassy area with roses, hibiscus and even a fig tree. It is rarely crowded as many of the owners don't let their apartments. Sunbed, tables and chairs are available for your use. It is situated in the more traditional side of Nerja with lots of tapas bars and restaurants. The lift takes you up to our third floor apartment. The lounge has air conditioning , a really comfy sofa and a 50 inch flat screen television with English channels. Free wifi is included. The newly installed kitchen has quality appliances including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, full size hob and oven and granite worktops. Also filtered water direct from the tap, no need to carry heavy bottles of water. The bedroom also has aircon and access to the corner balcony via the double glazed patio doors. There is a comfy double bed with a new very comfortable mattress. The balcony can also be accessed via the patio doors in the lounge. The newly refurbished Bathroom has a nice walk in shower, vanity unit etc. The corner balcony has a table and chairs , recliners and sunbeds are available for your use. You are welcome to take them to the beach. Please note- We would not be responsible for any nearby building works The apartment charges are for a maximum of 2 people. There is limited free street parking and a large pay car park. In short this is a lovely apartment in a perfect location ideal for a romantic holiday. Guest access You will of course have the entire apartment to yourselves.
