This 3 bedroom/2.5 bath 2880 square foot condo is in a beautiful, small beachfront complex just south of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye. You'll have a fabulous view of the sea from the large veranda — enjoy coffee, drinks, meals while gazing at the Caribbean! The space Miramar Villa #8 is on the second floor (no elevator) and has a spacious open plan kitchen/living area including dining area with large table. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, full size refrigerator, microwave, blender and coffee maker. The wrap-around covered veranda has an area for dining as well as furniture for relaxing; many guests have found spending time here to be the highlight of their stay! The primary bedroom has a king bed, en suite bath, new desk, walk-in closet, dressers, and veranda access. The second bedroom has a queen bed with in-room sink/vanity and two closets, and the third bedroom has two twins (both with trundles) as well as closet and two dressers with mirrors. The Twin room can be configured as 2-4 twin beds, or 2 twins with a king bed in the middle. A pack-n-play can also be available upon request for no additional charge. The Queen and Twin bedrooms share a Jack and Jill full bath with walk in shower. There is also a half bath off the entry hall and two full-size futons are in the living room. The entire living room and dining area feature new blinds and curtains, so it is comfortable sleeping out in that space should you need it. There is access to a washer and dryer on site for long-term guests. Wi-fi, cable, infinity pool, brand new AC and a grill are just a few of the other great amenities you’ll enjoy; a bonus is that this condo offers two kayaks as well!
