Just 1 mile south of the Broadwalk. We are peaceful & private while still being just minutes away from the action by walking, biking, or rollerblading. This is a 2st-floor unit with stunning ocean views . The Artificial Mermaid Reef site 1 mile offshore & accessible to certified, experienced divers. The space There is also an area with a BBQ plus tables and chairs for your enjoyment. Lounges are allowed to be taken to the sand, as long as you bring them back when you are done. You can also enjoy sitting in the balcony with a glass of wine or coffee in the morning while watching the ocean waves. Other things to note Limited amount of less than 30 days rental is available as per City of Hollywood Vacation rental Ordinance. There are extra towels and linens in the unit for your use. A vacuum cleaner and broom are also included in the unit. You may park in any space available. There are no assigned spaces. The user and password for the WiFi are posted behind the front door. The garbage container is located at the north end of the parking lot.
