Villa Olea a beautiful new villa with stunning views! The villa is set in an old olive grove in the tranquil traditional village of Pessada. The village is home to its own ferry port and also has a beautiful beach 500m from the villa. The villa has been designed with summer in mind with everything you may need to enjoy your stay. As of April 2024 the greek government has introduced a new climate resilience tax which amounts to an extra charge of €15 per night from April - October and €4 per night from November -March. This is a separate payment which we collect on behalf of the government and can be paid through the resolution centre or during your stay at the villa.
