Tranquillity and relaxation on a beautiful 5 acre bush block with plenty of space to explore. Great for couples, friends and families. The space The property has three bedrooms and can sleep up to six guests. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and includes a queen-sized bed. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. The downstairs has an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with a combustion woodfire. Relax on the undercover verandahs with a BBQ and over look the back yard surrounded by birds, kangaroos plenty of wild life. There is also a hot/cold shower outside great for rinsing off after swimming at Greens-pool. William Bay Loft is perfect for a digital detox! As the property is in a rural area, there is no access to WiFi and minimal phone reception. A mobile booster at the property enables some signal for Telstra users only and is dependent on weather and demand. Guest access Guest have full access to the main house. There is a locked of section of the house that is not assessable to guests. This section is not occupied whilst guests are staying in the house.
