Bus and tram stops just a few minutes away. The space A fully equipped apartment designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is a very quiet and safe place in the heart of Old Town Bratislava. Short walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafés, tourist spots, green parks, easy to go shopping or just relax. Easy access by public transport, taxi, or car — with multiple tram, trolleybus, and bus stops nearby. Paid public street parking is available in front and nearby streets, or optional secure garage parking (10€/day) is available nearby — a more affordable alternative to public parking (~32€/day). The walk from our place to the river Danube takes only about 11 minutes. The apartment is just a 4-minute walk (2 blocks) from the pedestrian zone. Bratislava’s Old Town is compact, so you can easily explore everything on foot while still enjoying a quiet location with easy access by taxi or car. A taxi can drop you off right in front of the building entrance. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay: • Living room: Smart TV with cable channels and streaming apps (use your own accounts), plus Blu-ray/DVD player and Chromecast. • Bedroom: King-size bed, additional single bed, and TV with DVD player. •Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, oven, and externally vented hood (no recirculation) — ideal for cooking without lingering smells, especially for longer stays. • Comfort & essentials: Fast high-speed WiFi, washer, dryer, iron, and multiple coffee options. Everything is designed to make your stay easy, whether you are here for a short visit or a longer stay. Apartment's walls are very thick and it's ground floor is keeping it nice, naturally cool during the summer therefore doesn't need normally A/C. For those usually few extremely hot days we have a modern high quality A/C system to cool the fresh air down. This can be used also to heat up the place when there are sometimes colder days in spring and autumn. On the top of that, the place has for winter months central heating with built in radiators on the walls to heat up the place well. Fast and reliable high-speed WiFi. Guest access The apartment is on a raised ground floor — about 12 steps from the street level (not a basement). The bedroom has a king-size bed and a single bed (for up to 3 guests), and the living room features a large, very comfortable sofa bed for 2 additional guests. The apartment has also available baby crib/cot on request during the booking for additional 15 Eur/stay. The apartment is located on a quiet street with all windows facing the inner courtyard. Each window has blinds and outside shutters which can make the place completely dark any part of the day, great for a jet lag and taking a nap. Each window has a child safety lock and in summer, each window has also an insect screen. Other things to note Parking -2 main options: 1. One large private parking space in a secured garage. The space is reserved only for you during your stay. You can enter and exit any time and as many times as needed. Price: 10 EUR per day. The garage is located about 11 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive from the apartment. Maximum vehicle height: 210 cm. Many guests arriving by car choose the garage option for convenience and security. 2. Public street parking in Old Town is limited and expensive: • Monday–Friday: about 32 EUR per day (2 EUR/hour) • Weekends and holidays: about 16 EUR per day (1 EUR/hour) • Parking is free overnight between midnight and 8 AM
