You can have the fish of the day, fresh sea food with a lovely sangria right at the beach and even better, just a few minutes walk from the house - there are two bar restaurants at Cala Deia: Cas Patro March and Can Lluc. The villa offers central air conditioning system in summer and central heating during the winter months for your comfort. The space The villa is split on three floors, carefully designed its architecture transmits an exclusive rustic atmosphere, welcoming and very well kept. There are 3 main double bedrooms and a guest bedroom on the lower ground floor, each with its en-suite bathroom. There is free satellite internet 🛜, a Spanish TV satellite provider with 4 televisions in total - one in the living room and 3 televisions in 3 bedrooms (there is no television in the guest bedroom on the lower ground floor). 🪵🔥 Fireplace: Please note that the fireplace in the home is not available for guest use. For safety and insurance reasons, it is decorative only. Thank you for helping us keep the home safe! The AC is Central (adjustable to 22degrees).
