🌿 Le Gîte de Veyrac – 3 stars – Anduze My place is great for couples, business travelers, and families with kids looking for a quiet stay surrounded by nature, while still being close to the center of Anduze. The space 🏡 The space The Gîte de Veyrac is a 5-room cottage, entirely on one level, with an area of 75 m², sleeping up to 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms: • 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 × 190 cm • 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 × 190 cm) • 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 × 200 cm) On request, a travel cot equipped with a real 60 × 120 cm baby mattress can be provided. 🛋️ Living Area The gîte has a large living room including: • a living room with TV and DVD player; • a dining area; • a fully equipped kitchen with: • ceramic hob; • traditional oven; • Extractor hood; • microwave; • Dishwasher; • washing machine • Fridge-freezer; • Drip coffee maker; • toaster; • kettle. You will also find a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner and a fan at your disposal. 🚿 Bathroom The cottage has a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Heating is provided by a wood pellet boiler. Wi-Fi is also available. 🌳 Outdoors You can enjoy a 19 m² private terrace, equipped with: • a plancha; • an outdoor table and 6 chairs; A second dining area is also set up in the garden, in the shade of a maple tree, with a table and 6 chairs. Part of the garden is fenced. Private parking in front of the cottage allows parking for up to 3 vehicles. Six sun loungers are also available for you to fully enjoy the outdoors. 🏊 Pool & Recreation The cottage has a recreation area including: • a swimming pool; • a pétanque court; • a ping pong table. Access to the pool is allowed all day until 11 pm. ⚠️ Supervision of children remains the sole responsibility of parents or caregivers. Children must never be left unattended by the pool. Jumping and diving are strictly prohibited. The owner is not responsible for accidents resulting from carelessness or failure to follow the safety and equipment use instructions. 📍 Events The Gîte de Veyrac is located in the heart of the countryside, just 1.5 km from the center of Anduze, in a quiet and natural environment. You can easily reach the shops, bars, cafes and restaurants of Anduze, as well as its famous Thursday morning market. Around US Many activities and tourist sights are easily accessible: • 🎋 the Bamboo Grove; • 🚂 the Cévennes Steam Train; • 🏺 the famous vases of Anduze and their makers; • 🏛️ the Desert Museum; • 🏊 swimming in the river; • 🌲 tree climbing parks; • 🛍️ the Anduze market every Thursday morning year-round; • 🌙 the night market on Tuesday evenings during the summer season. To discover all the activities and visits, you can consult the Anduze tourist office. 🧺 Linen and cleaning The rental price does not include bed linens or bathroom linens. Bed linen and bath linens are available for rental upon request. A cleaning fee of €100 can also be offered upon request. Before checking out, guests must leave the accommodation in a proper condition and perform the requested cleaning in accordance with the check-out instructions. 🚭 Important rules • 🚭 No smoking allowed • 🐕 Pets are not allowed, including those belonging to visitors. • 👥 The accommodation is limited to a maximum of 6 people. • 🚫 Any gathering or presence of additional people not declared during the reservation is strictly prohibited. This comfortable apartment has a private 19 m² terrace equipped with a plancha, allowing you to fully enjoy evenings outdoors. You can also relax on deckchairs installed near the pool. The vibrant and friendly town of Anduze offers a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants, as well as a large market every Thursday morning. Other things to note 🧹 Cleaning and linen – Check-out conditions Cleaning of the accommodation is the responsibility of the guests. Before their departure, guests must absolutely carry out a complete cleaning of the cottage and leave it in a state of cleanliness consistent with that in which they found it. This includes: Clean and tidy the kitchen and the appliances used; wash the dishes and put the clean dishes away; clean the bathrooms and the bathroom; empty the garbage cans and place the garbage in the designated areas; clean the various rooms of the accommodation; return the furniture and equipment to their original position; leave the space clean and tidy. If you do not wish to carry out the end-of-stay cleaning, a cleaning package of €100 can be purchased upon request. ⚠️ The cleaning fee must be requested before departure. This does not exempt guests from leaving the accommodation in good condition: dishes done, trash cans emptied, equipment put away, and personal belongings removed. Any failure to follow the check-out instructions may result in a request for reimbursement of the additional costs incurred to restore the accommodation to its original condition. 🛏️ Linens Sheets and bath towels are not included in the base rate.
