At the entrance there is a large garden of palm trees and flowers and a parking lot on the west side of the villa. On the east side of the villa there is a large veranda adjacent to a spectacular ancient tree, beyond which there is an area with a wood oven, a very comfortable barbecue area and an outdoor shower. The villa consists of two floors: the ground floor consists of a kitchen, living room with gas hob, a large living room with a large table with chairs, Tv, fireplace, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower; the first floor has three double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a small veranda with a spectacular view over the bay of Calabianca. For additional seats there are cots. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi. The sea is pebbles / rocks, reachable on foot via a path. The path is located a few meters from the villa.
