Appletree Cottage is a 200yr old stone cottage, in the hamlet of Newhall Green, middle cottage in a row of 3 , set back from the road .Walks and bluebell woods on the doorstep and private secure courtyard garden in front of the cottage. Port Isaac 7 miles, Tintagel 7 miles, nearest beach Trebarwith and coastal path 3 miles. Pub in St Teath 1 mi. Water sports and surfing beaches 20 minutes away in Polzeath .Cosy and comfortable, well equipped new kitchen ,wood burner ,logs included, dogs free. The space Characterful cottage in great location, sleeps 2, double bed with cotton bedding and towels included, down duvet. Self catering with well equipped kitchen,pretty enclosed courtyard garden with pots of flowers, safe for dogs who are welcome at no extra charge.Woodburner with logs supplied. Lots of art on the walls and many decorative touches throughout, guests describe it as home from home. Super fast broadband, Netflix NB. Dogs cannot get out through my neighbours high walled back yard, it's a dead end. I have never known of any dogs escaping under the gate! Regret not suitable for children. Tiny babies under 6 months ok with own equipment. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cottage and courtyard with private off road parking for 1 car. I usually try to meet my guests on arrival to show them around, if not I will make other arrangements with you. Check in is 4pm unless other arrangements have been made ,depart by 10.30am please Other things to note Newhall Green is a pretty and peaceful hamlet, yet close to the A39 and coast road. Wadebridge, 20 mins away for supermarkets and many independent shops.and cafés.Visitors love that it doesn't change much in the village even in the height of the season.
