The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Disneyland Paris and Parc Astérix are 25 minutes away by car. Paris is within 30 minutes by car, quick access to the highway. A 5-minute walk to a supermarket, bakeries and restaurants are a 5-minute walk. Public transport to get to Paris in less than 40 minutes, a bus passes by the house and will drop you off at Villeparisis station to get to Paris by train. Festive events prohibited. The space It is a house of 136 m2 with spacious rooms and very pleasant to live with 4 large bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 adults ( and/or children). You also have a large garden with terrace and barbecue. The house is especially suitable for hosting families with children who will appreciate the many indoor and outdoor games. You will have all the kitchenware. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal, inside and out. Other things to note Festive events are forbidden.
