The lovingly furnished house with three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, Weber grill for outdoors, WiFi, air conditioning, bathroom, guest toilet and a private pool is just a few minutes' walk from the breathtaking beaches of Cala Mandia, Cala Anguila and Cala Romantica. In the morning hours you can enjoy the light-flooded terrace in particular. Through the windows of the living area you can see the blue pool, in which the morning sun is reflected. The space We fulfilled a dream: Casa Jumi in Cala Mandia/Cala Mendia on the sunny island of Mallorca. In a beautiful landscape surrounded by three dream bays, we found this vacation home. Here you will find inexpensive restaurants, bars and shopping in the immediate vicinity, which are open all year round. A private pool, the peaceful surroundings and the great views from our property guarantee a relaxing and relaxing vacation. The beauty of Mallorca has attracted us since we first vacationed here. We also love the beautiful weather here on the island. From summer to winter, Mallorca and our house are worth a trip. This year in January we were already able to go to the sea. Guest access The house is fully at your disposal, except for the locked area under the stairs. The interior also leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to air conditioning and heating, you will have at your disposal a coffee machine, tea maker, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. Other things to note We have a service team on site – if you have any questions, we are quickly available. Arrival & departure: Your house is ready for occupancy from 3 pm, and on the departure date until 10 am. If you need different times, just contact us. Our house: Casa Jumi is a semi-detached house – with neighbors right next door, but with a completely private, secluded pool and garden. It's wonderfully quiet here. Evenings: We deliberately did not put TVs in the bedrooms – so that you can really relax. There is a large smart TV available for you in the living room, with Netflix, Prime Video & more. Log in and start watching. Since most of our guests come from Germany, we have preset mainly German channels. A note about the bedrooms: Access to Bedroom 3 is only possible through Bedroom 2. Information about the tourist tax: We would like to point out that the tourist tax, which has been in place since 2016, is paid by almost all vacationers in Mallorca and the other Balearic Islands who use tourist accommodation. You pay the amount we provide after booking to our service team upon arrival at the finca. In Mallorca, there is a legal registration requirement for all guests.
