The apartment is located 800 m from the center of Umag. The accommodation is located behind the main house and is a self-contained building with two ground-floor apartments and a garden. The beach is reachable on foot in a few minutes (1200 m), the supermarket is at 250 m, and the restaurant is just 200 m. The sunny, quiet location close to the city center, the beaches, the bathing establishments, and the Stella Maris ATP Open Croatia tennis tournament has been taking place for years. The space The 42 sqm apartment, furnished with great care and love, consists of a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, and night lamps. Bed linen is provided. The bathroom has a shower, sink with cabinet, toilet, hairdryer, and two bath towels per person are provided. The living area has a sofa bed for 2 people, a flat-screen satellite TV, a dining table with chairs, a display cabinet, and free Wi-Fi internet connection. From the living area, the exit to the covered terrace is equipped with protective curtains. The terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, has an open kitchenette equipped with a stove with 2 gas burners, a coffee machine, a kettle, a refrigerator with a small freezer area, mocca, dishes, cutlery, pots, and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Available for shared use are the garden, deck chairs, barbecue, and free parking in the fenced courtyard of the house. Pets are allowed (maximum one small size on request and with a supplement). The beach, although not very close, is easily reachable on foot, by bicycle, or by car (distance 1200 m), the Ultra supermarket at 250 m, the closest and cheapest restaurant "Gostionica Koper" at only 250 m, and the seafront at 400 m. m. The area of ​​Umag where the apartment is located is a convenient area due to its position, between the city and the seaside facilities. It is quiet; however, there are many services nearby, such as a bank, an ATM, bars, and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and sunny, made up of private houses embellished with well-kept gardens full of flowers and plants, and some buildings. The area has a park with games for children and free outdoor gym equipment. Guest access Guests have access to parking, a barbecue, and a garden. Other things to note * Pets are welcome with prior notice, a supplement of 10 € per pet per day, to be paid on arrival. * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside. * We kindly ask our guests: - to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest, - for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation, - to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution, - to leave the containers empty and to wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils, - to declare to the owner any damage caused; after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure, - to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys. * The accommodation must be left free by 10.00 on the last day of stay. * If available, early check-in is possible for an additional fee of €30, payable in cash on the day of arrival. * Custom transfers are possible (example: airport - accommodation, ...)
