A beautiful 3 bedroom cottage with river views - sleeps up to 6 people - FREE Wi-Fi & FREE PARKING Set in a scenic location with great views of the River Esk. The view changes constantly on this tidal section of the river. You'll see 2 high tides and 2 low tides per day We have 2 + 1/2 bathrooms and our rooms are spacious No parking charges at this cottage Suitable for 1 person up to 2 small families OR a larger family group The space IMPORTANT - THE PRICING FOR RIVERSIDE COTTAGE: Our rates are based upon 2 night stays which are ALWAYS more expensive than 3 nights or more. PLEASE MESSAGE US FOR AN EXACT PRICE AS WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO BEAT PRICES FOR MORE THAN 3 NIGHTS Our rooms are light and airy and we have plenty of hanging and drawer space. The kitchen is fully fitted and we provide (possibly) everything you should need. A large lounge having ample seating and a good sized flat screen smart TV with Sky Free-sat Viewing. Another TV is set in the dining room too. We have 3 bedrooms of which 2 are doubles and a 3rd bedroom which has modern bunk beds, sleeping 2 more persons. We have a private, railed upper balcony with table and chairs so you can enjoy the view of the woodland and the river flowing by. Downstairs we have another exterior space, again with table and chairs for you to sit outside. Guest access Free parking just outside the cottage. We're an easy walk into Whitby and it's a very scenic one too - take your camera and walk over the old Victorian Viaduct across the river. It's about a 15-20 minutes easy walk. Other things to note We don't supply towels now as standard. During Covid-19, many guests preferred to bring their own, however we can still provide for a small price - payable locally if you wish. Towels are NOT CHARGED for if you don't want them.
