Explore this beautiful, fully renovated house, nestled in the heart of the village and just 30 meters from the sea. With its 70 m2 spread over 3 levels, it offers an ideal haven of peace for 4 adults and 2 children (aged 15 years maximum). The space The Accommodation *On the ground floor:* Fully equipped open kitchen, through living/dining room with TV and wood burning stove for convivial evenings by the fire (buy your wood at the Ambleteuse gas station or sometimes Audresselles grocery store). The landscaped inner courtyard makes it easy to communicate with the neighboring house, ideal for stays with family or friends. *On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with a 140-cm double bed, TV, and shower room, and 2 bedrooms with 2 bunk beds for children (max. 55 kg), plus 1 bathroom with sink and bathtub, and 1 separate toilet. *On the 2nd floor:* 1 attic bedroom with TV, 2 single 80-cm beds (bed linen provided). You will have the option of pushing them together to create a 160-cm double bed (bed linen and duvets provided). Check-in time is between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. + option for self check-in: lockbox with code. Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: €90. Pets allowed by prior agreement We offer a second, identical semi-detached house, with the option to open up the connection between the two via the interior courtyard, ideal for groups of up to 12 people (8 adults and 4 children). We Guest access House for the exclusive use of tenants. No smoking allowed. Other things to note Enjoy the Monday morning market all year round. Summer - The market extends in front of the house in July and August; please move your vehicle on Sunday evening. Parking is available 200 meters from the house.
