Explore this beautiful, fully renovated house, nestled in the heart of the village and just 30 meters from the sea. With its 70 m2 spread over 3 levels, it offers an ideal haven of peace for 4 adults and 2 children (aged 15 years maximum). The space The Accommodation *On the ground floor:* Fully equipped open kitchen, living/dining room with TV and wood stove for friendly evenings by the fire (buy your wood at the Ambleteuse gas station or sometimes Audresselles grocery store). The landscaped inner courtyard facilitates communication with the neighboring house, ideal for stays with family or friends. *On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed 140 cm, TV and shower room and 2 bedrooms with 2 children's beds (max. 55 kgs) bunk beds and 1 bathroom with sink and bathtub as well as 1 separate toilet. *On the 2nd floor:* 1 attic bedroom with TV, 2 single beds of 80 cm (bed linen provided). You will have the opportunity to join them to make 1 double bed of 160 cm (Bed linen and duvets provided). Check-in time is between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. + possibility of self check-in: key box with code. Compulsory cleaning at the end of the stay: €80. Pets allowed by prior agreement We offer a second identical house, adjoining, with the possibility of opening communication between the two through the inner courtyard, ideal for groups of up to 12 people (8 adults and 4 children). Guest access House for the exclusive use of tenants. No smoking allowed. Other things to note Enjoy the Monday morning market all year round. Summer - The market extends in front of the house in July and August; please move your vehicle on Sunday evening. Parking is available 200 meters from the house. Enjoy the summer glow of the surrounding coast.
