charming house about 200 m², tastefully decorated and very well equipped. heated pool from June to October (before or after weather) walled garden the village is charming; it is located on the champagne tourist route All shops are in the village next door (Jonchery sur Vesle about 3 km away) The space renovated old farmhouse, with equipped kitchen, living room fireplace (optional wood to order before your arrival: €15), dining room the bedrooms are large , they are all upstairs; bed and toilet linen are not provided Bed linen to be ordered before check-in: €20 per person here are the bed dimensions: 2 beds 160, 1 140 and the sofa bed 140 the bathroom is on the ground floor with a separate toilet pool is heated from beginning of June to October (earlier and later depending on outside temperatures)Prohibited after 8pm; it is secured by a roller shutter the garden of about 400 m² is walled the village is quiet, perfect for resting and spending a holiday in peace. there is the possibility of parking 2 cars in the courtyard and another in front of the gate. Guest access every room of the house and its garden are available only a few cupboards are condemned for our personal belongings Other things to note here are the main elements of the house rules: We invite you to respect the tranquility of the village and neighbors 🤫 The house is off-limits to smokers 🚭( for smokers in the garden , please use the ashtrays outside and empty them before you leave) . We would appreciate it if you took off your shoes as soon as you arrive at the house ( a space is provided to drop off your shoes ) 👟 Please ,please do not deregulate the TV 📺 No parties, no fireworks, no glitter, no confetti🎉... music outside 🎧 The pool (in season) is accessible until 8 p.m. 🏊‍♂️ It is forbidden to recharge your electric car (risk of fire because the installation is old) Cleaning of the kitchen is not included in the cleaning fee, we thank you for returning it in the same condition as when you arrived 🧼 In the cleaning package, the kitchen is not included, please return it in the same state of cleanliness as you found it. Before you go: We would appreciate it if you could tidy up the house as you found it, empty the dishwasher, empty all the garbage cans , clean the barbecue, put the glass bottles in the glass bin (located on Ventelay road to the left of the annex town hall) , close all doors and windows and enter all outdoor cushions.
