Walking distance to downtown and many local restaurants. Our home has comfortable beds with a king size bed in the master bedroom with adjoining master bathroom. We also have many additional amenities including a game room in the garage and a gas fire pit on the back patio to keep everyone entertained. (STR 2998) The space This home makes a perfect family vacation rental due to its location being so conveniently located near downtown and Cole Park, where there are several great events held. This also makes a great home for individuals coming in for meetings or training since we are conveniently located close to Adams State University and the San Luis Valley Regional Medical Center. Our home is located 2 blocks from the Rio Grande River, Rio Grande Scenic Railroad, multiple restaurants and breweries and lots of great shops. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, front porch, front yard, back fenced in patio, garage and back driveway Other things to note Pets are welcome with an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $50. No more than 2 pets allowed during stay.
