The penthouse i The space Located in a secure, high-end building in the center of Chicago! Once inside, you're greeted by a light-filled space with oversize windows overlooking the city skyline. The views during the day are fantastic - but it's even more magical at night! Right out the window, you'll see a unique scene of diverse and famous Chicago architecture with the bustling city below. Interior design is a passion of ours and the chic furnishing of the unit reflects that! There is fast internet, a smart TV with Roku, and comfortable modern furniture to lounge on. The kitchen and living room are open and very spacious. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and all the tools you need to cook a great meal. We have 4 counter stools for the granite kitchen island. Plenty of room to dine comfortably or to use as a workspace. For each guest, the comfortable beds have crisp, clean linens and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet along with a massive closet in a second bedroom. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Full bed Living Room: Queen sofa bed We also provide towels, detergent, iron, etc. and you have full access to the in-unit washer and dryer. The building has a 24 hour doorman and great amenities including a movie theater, gym, outdoor pool, rooftop "sky lounge" with grilling stations, and a year-round rooftop terrace with sun beds and lounge seating as well as an indoor area that can be enjoyed during colder weather. Parking is not included with our listing, but there are many nearby parking garages close to our building (within a block). We also suggest using SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book discounted parking. You can usually find reasonable overnight parking for $15 to $25. The outdoor pool is typically in operation from late May through late September, but exact opening and closing dates depend on the weather, maintenance, and other factors.
