Parking is limited to two cars. The space House instructions: Please shake out sand before entering house and putting in washing machine. Please take out your garbage. Garbage cart located on south side of house in corner of fence. Gas grill available on deck with utensils hanging by side door. Lighter in drawer under t.v. (please let us know if propane tank empty). Please shut off propane after grilling. Please turn heat down to 64 when leaving. Please turn bathroom heater completely off. When you leave please start one load in washing machine and load and start dishwasher. Because the place is listed to sleep eight, there are two bunkbeds upstairs that do not have rails on them on the upper levels. With those it will sleep ten. Guest access Beach access a block away. Downtown is 3 blocks away with grocery and dining. Home is handicap accessible to down stairs main rooms, bedroom and bathroom but bed could be a little tall to get in. Please remember this place has a spiral staircase and because of the spiral staircase is metal there could be sharp edges.
