Coconut Caye is a beautiful vacation property that is perfect for a large family or a multi family get away! With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there is room for everyone to spread out for privacy but come together for fun and laughter in the open great room and dining room floor plan... or enjoy your coffee or a sunset on the expansive covered deck with views of the gulf! Only 300 steps to the public access beach! The space There is 720 sq ft of covered out door space on the front deck and an additional screen room off the kitchen.
