Tiny House in Central Tucson

A great location in central Tucson in an artists sculpture garden. Private and quiet, in a friendly Enclave. Bathroom is shared, and 2 outdoor kitchens are shared. Patio dining areas available, completely furnished, Wifi, microwave, fridge, appliances, and close to coffee shop, restaurants, three major hospitals, and the University. Sorry, but it's not available for couples. Please introduce yourself - thanks much! The space We are a "green" household, with an interest in sustainability and conservation. The property has gardens and patios. The location is excellent - 20 minutes to the University, close to 3 major hospitals, one block from buses, close to restaurants and shopping. A shared bathroom, and two available outdoor kitchens along with a firepit and barbeque create a semi-communal environment, and we encourage guests to enjoy the outdoor facilities. At present we can't provide laundry facilities, but there are two laundromats very close. Our linens and towels are washed with bio-compatible detergent because we have a system that diverts laundry water into the garden. They are dried on a clothesline - that means no artificial fragrances or phosphates, and sometimes wrinkles and lint. But fastidiously clean. Guest access Patios, hammocks, gardens, patio dining areas, outdoor shower and indoor bathroom, private closet, barbeque if desired. Other things to note The shared bathroom is a separate building from tiny house.
