This refurbished first floor flat is part of a 1848 listed building. It has been tastefully furnised and instantly makes you feel at home. Best location: The flat is directly opposite of the entrance to the ReSoWi Building (justice, economics and social sciences faculties) of the Karl Franzen’s University. Its ideally located for students, their families and friends on short visits or visiting professors. The space The newly refurbished flat offers wonderful cozy beds, pretty fabrics, warm room colors with impressive tapestry and a very cozy seating corner in the kitchen. Nothing is missing - it’s a place to arrive, feel at home and relax after your busy day. One bedroom has a view of the old villa "Markhof" one of the oldest in Graz with its large garden. From the kitchen and the other bedroom you can watch students walking into the ReSoWi building of the university. The fully equipped newly fitted kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay - and the cozy sitting area will help you relax during your evenings. The bathroom is also new and there you will find the washing drying machine combination. The whole flat is furnished with style and is also practical - ideal for families with younger and older children or two couples or even two families with smaller children as each bedroom also includes a convertible sofa and if requested also a cot for babies. Guest access Instead of a key, there is a code lock - of course for 24 hours. Therefore, you can check in and out at any time of the day or night, with the earliest check-in time being 3 p.m. and the latest check-out time being 10 a.m. Before your arrival we will send you all the necessary information by email. There is a private parking space in our secure courtyard area directly in front of the apartment. Other things to note There are 3 entrance steps to the house and the apartment is on the first floor without an elevator. The apartment is located directly opposite the university on Schubertstrasse, one bedroom has a street view - street noise is audible. Please be sure to fill out a guest form; we and you as a guest are legally obliged to do so. We use this apartment also for our private guests.
