Just 5 minutes from downtown, you will find a large white house with a wrap around porch awaiting your arrival. This brand new home faces the gorgeous Shelby Park & connects to Nashville's Greenway! Luxurious, private home in hip East Nashville! Heated in-ground Pool The space Located in the artistic East Nashville neighborhood, this brand new home overlooks Shelby Park & a gorgeous view of downtown. With quick access to downtown, the Greenway bike trail, Shelby Park, and East Nashville's 5 Points, the location couldn't be better for anyone taking a trip to Nashville or passing through town! Heated in-ground Pool (Open May-Sept Depending on weather). Our home is brand new (finished September 2015) and designed for the ultimate Airbnb experience. The space includes 2 bedrooms (one with a California King and one with a queen bed) and sofa bed in living room and 1 queen air mattresses. In total you can sleep 8 people comfortably! The home is walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and about a 15-20 minute walk to downtown. We encourage you to take advantage of the incredible park at your doorstep & explore the 900 acres of green space. Our front yard is the Frisbee Golf Course, so many guests take advantage of that. We are excited to meet you & we hope you enjoy the home as much as we do! Guest access Guests can park on Sevier St. That’s the best place to park because S 17th st is right. The lockbox is on the front door and the code will be provided a week before your stay. Come on in and make yourself at home! Other things to note There is an attached apartment to this house that may be rented out to another group during your stay. They have their own private access and is never an issue. The walls have added sound proofing but there is always potential you may hear others. These guests do not have access to use the pool area.
