All four spacious bedrooms are equipped with a full-length mirror and 55” Smart TV. Extra linens, pillows, and blankets are also available. Below are the sleeping and bathing arrangements: ★ Main Level Primary Suite: King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and private terrace overlooking the pool. ★ Second Level Primary Suite: King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and private access to the upper deck with beautiful views of the Gulf. ★ Third Bedroom (second level): King-sized bed. ★ Fourth Bedroom (second level): 2 Queen-sized beds. ★ Bunk Nook (second floor): 2 Twin-sized beds. ★ The sofa in the upstairs living room pulls out into an additional Queen-sized bed. ★ A full bathroom is located on the second level, while a half bath is located downstairs. All four bathrooms are stocked with hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and make-up wipes. There are also plenty of plush towels available for your use. ★★ KITCHEN ★★ The full kitchen has all the essentials for whipping up tasty group meals and there’s enough counter space for multiple chefs. You’ll find brand new stainless steel appliances, a Ninja Foodi (9-in-1 6.5 Qt. Electric Pressure Cooker & Air Fryer), cookware, utensils, baking essentials, spices, and olive oil. You can enjoy your meals as a large group at the downstairs dining table, cozy up to the kitchen bar area, or head outside to enjoy your meals alfresco. Your morning coffee is on us with the gourmet coffee bar. It includes a Breville Barista Touch Espresso machine, Keurig Duo, and an electric tea kettle. We provide coffee beans and grounds, K-cups, sweeteners/sugars, assorted teas, and hot chocolate. If you need to do laundry during your stay, the kitchen is where you’ll find the full-size washer and dryer (detergent provided). ★★ LIVING ROOMS ★★ The main-level living room is a cozy space with a comfortable couch, two plush chairs, and a 65” Smart TV. For the book worms, there is a library corner equipped with books for readers of all ages! The upstairs living room is a fun entertainment space with a couch, a 65” Smart TV, arcade games, board games, and a couple of bean bags. ★★ OUTSIDE SPACE ★★ The beautiful outside space is nearly as large as what is indoors! Spend your afternoons hanging out in the custom Tiki bar with seating, lighting, and a new sound system. Or, sign up for lunch duty and grill up burgers on the Weber Genesis II 315 Propane Grill. Challenge friends and family to a pickleball game available to you in your backyard anytime during the day. Light up the firepit and relax under the stars on those chilly evenings while enjoying smores! If you don’t feel like walking down to the beach, you can cool off in our private heated pool. This area is outfitted with new accent lights, outlets, a custom cooler, pool seating, and tables. There’s even an outdoor shower for cleaning off after your time in the pool or day at the beach. Head over to the hammock cabana with curtains and an assortment of outdoor games & activities (including giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, and cornhole). If the rain ruins your day, you can hang out in the garage and play ping pong or darts. The garage also has additional seating for fun card tournaments or poker nights, in addition to a collection of bikes and helmets for the whole family. The minimum age to book is 25 years old. If you book under false pretenses, you will be denied access to the house with no refund. A liability waiver and guest rules agreement will have to be signed prior to arrival at the property. We will place a $500 security hold on your credit card to cover incidentals that is released after checkout if no damage is reported by cleaners. We require a Damage Protection Waiver Policy to be purchased for every stay at a cost of $79 per booking*** You will have access to the entire property, including all the indoor and outdoor amenities. Free parking is available on-site. The home has an elevator that goes to each level to make the property wheelchair accessible. West Beach Boulevard is the premium neighborhood in the Gulf Shores. Away from the big condo buildings, guests can enjoy their own private luxury beach vacation while choosing to be as close or as far away from the crowds. There are restaurants in close proximity and beach access is only a few steps away. Pelican's Perch is ideally located in West Beach in Gulf shores. You are close enough to the action to enjoy as much of it as you want while having the option to enjoy a relaxing private vacation. We are 2.8 miles west of The Hangout. The closest restaurant to our house is The Beach House Kitchen and Cocktails which is about 1 mile east of the house. The house is located 3 miles from highway 59 which has access to all the restaurants and stores. The closest grocery store is Rouses Market located at 1545 Gulf Shores Pkwy. However, various other grocery stores are available if you drive further north on highway 59.
