The space This charming home accommodates up to four guests and is ideal for families or two couples visiting York. Recently renovated to a high standard, it features a new kitchen, shower room (no bath), and a beautifully landscaped garden, perfect for relaxing in warmer weather. All rooms, except the shower room, are equipped with Smart TVs. ✨ The Space ✨ The front living room and open-plan kitchen diner offer a bright space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The living room includes two double sofas, an electric fireplace, and a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, with extra storage available in the garage for luggage or bikes. Enjoy meals or social time in the light-filled kitchen/diner with patio doors leading to the spacious garden. Both bedrooms feature double beds, built-in wardrobes, and Smart TVs for the ultimate relaxation. Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries are provided. The modern bathroom includes a large shower with both rainfall and handheld options. There is a driveway for one car, with free street parking available nearby for additional vehicles. Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb, this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and garden. York city centre is less than 1 mile away. If you drive in it takes less than 5 minutes, but parking can be expensive. I recommend reaching the city on foot (takes about 20 - 25 minutes). Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT: Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. It is a Nest thermostat system that can be controlled by the guest but works best if left on Eco mode. FAMILY FACILITIES: A travel cot and a high chair are in the property. Guests are welcome to make use of the additional facilities however I politely ask that the travel cot is packed down and returned back to its original place of storage, and that the high chair is wiped down and also moved back before you check out. Please bring their own cot bedding as this is not provided. INCLUDED IN THE STAY: For each stay we provide a bath towel and hand towel for each guest, a bath mat and a tea towel. We also provide a welcome pack to get guests starting including tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and sugar. A dishwasher tablet, washing capsule, sponge scourer, J-cloth, bin bags and toiletries including soap and body wash.
