One block off of Frisco's main street so a quick walk to shops, restaurants, bars and trailheads. Also close to the Marina for boating or swimming. This ground floor unit has easy access to parking and no stairs. It is well stocked with all you need to cook amazing meals or relax on the patio. Across from the unit is a pool, hot tub, and sauna to unwind after a busy day. The space This is a ground floor unit on the end right across from the community pool and sauna and close to the parking. There is a bedroom with a king bed, closet, and TV with cable. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a connecting half bath. Between those rooms is a bathroom with a shower and tub. The third bedroom has full bunk beds with a twin trundle bed and a sink in the room. Next to this bedroom is another full bathroom with a steam shower. The living room has a pull out couch and TV. The dining room table seats 6 people and there is seating for 2 more at the island. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils and appliances. There is a sliding glass door which leads to an outdoor patio with a picnic table and views of the mountains. There is also a small mudroom off the entryway with washer and dryer and racks to hang skis. Wood fires are not allowed due to the condo policies but there are fireplace candles to light if desired. There is no air conditioning in the unit but there are fans for each room. There is baseboard heating throughout the unit. The unit also has a high chair and a pack-n-play.
