The spacious kitchen greets you on the left when you open the door. The open concept allows for you to talk to others in the dining area or living room while cooking up a feast for the family. The kitchen is equipped with all the pots, pans, and cookware you would need while on vacation. There is plenty of counterspace for everyone to be in the kitchen at once in the morning while making coffee or cooking some breakfast. Small appliances are provided such as a blender and toaster as well as the standard full-sized appliances. The dining area can accommodate 6 and there is additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. There is plenty of plush and comfortable seating the living room. If you aren’t enjoying a show on the large flat screen TV, you will have beautiful views outside thanks to the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. The 5th floor balcony allows for you to have multiple views of the white sandy beaches or the Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds, so you don’t have to worry about squishing into a Twin bed on vacation. The guest bathroom is located next to the guest bedroom and is accessible from the living room. The guest bathroom features a combination tub/shower. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV. The adjoining master bathroom has double vanities and a large walk-in shower. Other things to note Occupancy includes all guests staying in the unit this includes children under 3. We provide all linens for the unit except beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
