THE VILLA ESTATE The Mawar Estate was designed for large groups in mind and consists of 7 luxury bedrooms (with 9 beds flexible accommodation including 5 double beds and 4 x adult singles or 7 x king beds) with air conditioning. The villa also benefits from 7 bathrooms with quality vanity units/fixtures & fittings for your comfort. There’s a living and entertainment area with open plan dining as well as a fully fitted kitchen. This beautiful estate provides 4 bedrooms on the ground floor with 3 further bedrooms on the upper level. A large covered dining table for 14 guests sits nestled in the tropical garden allowing you to dine ‘al fresco’ style, perfect for large parties to socialise over a delicious meal cooked by your own private chef. An inviting 10 x 3 metre swimming pool (child & non-swimmer friendly) is situated in the garden area along with an outdoor daybed, sun loungers and BBQ area. A BBQ is available for use. Breakfast is served daily and included in the rate and daily housekeeping ensures your stay with us is as comfortable and relaxing as possible. For other meals you simply pay for ingredients at cost (with receipts supplied) which works out approx USD6-USD10 per person depending on what you order.
