Wonderful Single Sea Pines Bungalow for 2 people. Walk 5 min on beach path. Excellent location; ride bikes to Harbor Town, Beach Club, Coligny Plaza, No elevator or parking lots! Grill out on deck. 50" TV ; screened-in porch. Walk to best beach on island, no hotels. Swimming pool onsite. Equipped Kitchen with Cooktop, Dishwasher, Refrigerator. We allow 1 dog.. under 30lbs. 4 night min bookings. The space Location Location! First bungalow to beach path (5 mins to best beach); right inside the Sea Pines Ocean gate. I can ride my bike to Coligny, Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach and Harbour Town. I don't have to deal with elevators and going out to dinner, coming home and trying to find a parking spot. We use the kitchen for breakfast and lunch and then out for dinner. This really is a secret spot in Sea Pines. **purchase Sea Pines gate pass at Ocean gate upon arrival-$22.** 1 dog allowed. This is not recommend for infants or children since it is not child proof.. Renovated in 2024, new A/C, flooring and living room furniture. We constructed an owners wing in 2024, it’s private and no one will be there while you are. We have outside security cameras along with patrolled Security. This is bungalow is for only Two people. If you have more than two we will ask you to leave and since you broke the house rules - no deposit will be given. No electric bikes, scooters, motorcycles, kyacks , decals on cars, commercial vehicles. Other things to note The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. There is a 2-burner eclectic cooktop but no oven. Full size microwave w air fryer and oven features. Grill outside is gas and supplied. ( I try to supply a long lighter to start grill but..Id pack your own) Renovated bathroom and kitchen. King-size bed. Internet TV's; we use YouTube TV streaming. The screener has a porch bed on it for excellant naps with TV and a dinning table. Great for morning coffee and late-night wine. We recently added a private owners side, rental is for 1bed/bath and no one will be in the owners side while you are.
