Spacious apartment in a large complex with 30 single-family and two-apartment houses and a small apartment building in the quiet town of Łukęcin between Kołobrzeg and Międzyzdroje. Arranged to make you feel cozy and comfortable from the first moment. It covers the entire floor of the house, has 2 bedrooms, a large living room, is 55 m2, suitable for 2-6 people, has a balcony, garden with terrace and barbecue. Guests can use our 4 bicycles. The space The apartment occupies the entire floor of the house, is 55 m² and is suitable for 2-6 (ideally for 4) people. It consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a large bed, the other with a single bed with a pull-out lower bed), a spacious living room with a corner sofa bed and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, oven with grill function, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Underfloor heating is available throughout the entire area. In the spacious built-in wardrobe in the large bedroom, you will find plenty of space for your belongings. The apartment has both a balcony and its own garden (for the exclusive use of our guests) with an area of 55 m², a terrace and a barbecue. On the balcony and in the garden you have garden furniture (tables, chairs, armchairs, deckchair). You can use free wireless internet access (WiFi). The equipment includes: Smart LED TV, nc+ TV, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, laundry drying rack, vacuum cleaner and 4 bicycles. You have your own parking space in front of the entrance/garden. You can safely and free of charge park another car at the guardhouse. We started renting in the summer of 2018. In 2025, we carried out a renovation. Other things to note Here you can enjoy all directions of the world and sunny and shaded sides. In the morning, you can enjoy the sun on the balcony or the shade on the terrace in the garden. In the afternoon, you can relax in the shade on the balcony or enjoy the sunshine in the garden. There is no construction site in the area!
