Champion Room Lockoff room in historic house.

Quiet, close to town, private lockoff with sink, filtered drinking water, mini fridge, new bath with shower and softened water, high speed wireless internet. Includes a microwave, induction plate, cookware, some dishes and utensils, Keurig coffee, new hood fan for fresh air exchange, new oak flooring in kit/bath areas. Lots of natural light with new top-down/bottom up light filtering blinds, and light blocking drapes for sleeping in. Cozy private thermostat, quiet room and neighborhood. The space New Queen bed and sheets with comfy firm mattress. An optional camp cot (as pictured) is available by request. This is for 2 people who wish to have separate beds, or a 3rd person. The cot is a little squeaky because it has springs, but I'm planning to change that soon. The legal limit is 4 people, but there's really only sleeping arrangements for 3. Recently added a 32" Wall mounted TV, receptacles, and firestick with HMDI access. High Speed internet is included (300MBPS). There is a computer desk and new luxury office chair and nearby power outlet. A long skinny table on hinges folds down to make room for the cot. Otherwise it can also be used as additional counter space. Guest access The rest of the house is off limits (w/o permission). The mineral belt trail is 2 short blocks North from front door. Downtown is just 2 blocks east. Parking is usually available right in front. Other things to note 10 miles to Ski Cooper, about 30 minutes to Copper Mountain, and about 45 minutes to Vail or Silverthorne. Entry/ mud room can be used to store ski gear or a bike.
