Beautiful Chicago bungalow with 2 bedrooms and a private bathroom. Home is across the street from a park with playground and tennis courts. Guests also have exclusive use of a huge front living room and dining room with kitchenette (refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven and coffee machine). Half block from bus stop to either Metra or CTA trains. Ample parking, easy drive to Northwestern. Guests have private entrance to the house and there are no shared spaces. Minimum 5 day stays. The space Chicago bungalow upper floor is open space, clean, hardwood floors, empty closets. Two bedrooms (one with lockable door) and one bathroom updated in 2008 with shower (no tub). The dining room is great for preparing small meals/snacks. There is a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and hot water. The front apartment is completely private. We replaced the curtain with a door. We live in the lower floor with a separate entrance to the back of the house where we have a family room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Guests staying more than a week can give us laundry to wash or use our washer/dryer in the basement when we are not home. Guest access TV and DVD player in one bedroom. NETFLIX and YouTube. Other things to note We have a well behaved, quiet Bernese Mountain Dog who stays in the back of the house with us and most days goes to work with us!
