Long Term Self Parking (7-30 nights) $175 plus tax. Valet Rate $35 plus tax per day. Visitor daily rate $13 plus tax up to 4h. **Parking is limited to two vehicle per reservation. The property has a no-party policy and guests not following policy will be subject to eviction or removal. •Registered guests above the age +14 are required to wear a Beachwalk wristband through the duration of their stay. Anyone without a wristband will be considered trespassing and can be escorted off the property. •Non-Smoking Property/Rooms – Smoking is not permitted in public areas, hotel rooms or balconies. Guests who do not comply with this policy may be subject to eviction or removal. No refund or offset will be granted for said violation of hotel policy.
