The house was built in 1898 and served as the parsonage for the Zion Lutheran congregation in Crookston until 2018. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one on the main floor. The bathroom is on the main floor as well. The floors and all the trim are pine and retain the original finish. This is a pretty basic house but it's well stocked and comfortably furnished. Forced air propane furnace is new and reliable. I hope to have central air by summer, but until then it has window ac units .
