Our games room is equipped with a PlayStation4, arcade machine, climbing wall and lots of board games. Other things to note There is cctv and a noise monitoring system at this property. It is not suitable for parties (hen/stag etc) that may cause excessive noise late at night. Thank you 1. Quiet Celebrations: We understand the joy of celebrating, but to maintain the peacefulness of our home and the neighbourhood, we'd appreciate it if large parties, you could keep noise levels to a minimum with no loud music after 10 pm 4. Hot Tub Hours: Our hot tub is great for relaxing and unwinding. To ensure we respect our neighbour's peace, we ask that you enjoy the hot tub until 10 PM. 5.
