Corbett Cove is situated on Lake of Bays, sleeps maximum 6, has great lake views and access to a private beach and dock. The child friendly, sandy beach has canoes, kayaks and life jackets. This pet friendly unit is fully equipped to a high standard. There are two gas fire place for your use. The space This space is ideal for extended families or groups of friends. It includes a large kitchen / dining area, a lounge area, and a 'Muskoka' room looking out over the lake. The master bedroom has TV and its own balcony with views of the lake. In addition to the bedrooms listed there is also a double pull-out sofabed in the lounge. Property rules state that a maximum of 6 people only can stay in the property. Each unit has its own gas bbq for use year 'round. Guest access Once you have booked, you will be provided with an access code for the front door by the local manager. Parking for 2 vehicles is allocated immediately in front of Unit 3, with other spaces available further away from the unit - we would appreciate it if you could be considerate of other units when parking. There is a small deck at the rear facing onto the lake. Boats can be moored at the dock free of charge. Other things to note This is a self-catering unit. All bed linen, towels and cooking utensils are included, and some household basics such as coffee filters, toilet rolls etc. There is a small grocery store at Dwight. Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels (please do not use the house towels on the beach). Earliest check-in is 16.00, check-out is by 11.00. The house is cleaned on a Sunday (or by arrangement if bookings are less than a full week) and there is a note left for guests detailing how to leave the property - ie, what to do with bedding / towels etc. Because the management company will charge us, any items removed from the property will in turn be charged at full replacement cost. You can use the kayaks and canoes (except in winter), but please make sure that you always wear a life vest (provided) and return all equipment to the store – please also make sure that kayaks and canoes are secured on return, so that they cannot drift out on to the lake.
