House and garden located in the Condroz

The house on the hill has a very large garden with its countryside landscapes as far as the eye can see. Max 8 people!! Walks in nature or on very quiet back roads. Close to the Hoyoux Valley and the Modave Castle, Huy, Durbuy. Electric car recharging with cottage electricity is prohibited. In the garden there are three small ponds. No parties 🎶 or gatherings for the neighbors. The space This is the house of my great-grandfather who was the village blacksmith in the early 20th century. His house has retained all the charm and calm of the past. Nights spent in this house are soothing and relaxing. The ceilings of the 4 bedrooms are over 2 m high, and even 3 meters high for the 2 rear bedrooms as the photos prove. There is, next to the covered barbecue, a small magical place with a brazier where you can have a nightcap with friends or smoke a cigarette in the silence of the Condroz hill, at night. No noise and no one. Absolute calm. Guest access The entire house is accessible except the small cellar where the ventilation system is located, the attic and the room where the central heating is located. It is forbidden to disconnect the TVs and not to put them back in the state they were in on arrival… Other things to note The original furniture is to be respected. Some walls were painted with drawings in 1930. Don't forget anything. Forgotten items can only be retrieved on site. They will not be mailed to customers. The cleaning of the house is planned but everything must be tidied up on your departure and the oven and barbecue cleaned by you.
