The bedroom features a cozy queen bed with a memory foam mattress and blackout curtains for restful nights. The living room includes a comfortable sleeper sofa, streaming-ready TV with Netflix, Prime, Hulu, ESPN, and HBO, and a bright skylight. In winter, you can even catch a view of downtown Nashville and the iconic AT&T “Batman Building.” The kitchenette is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to feel at home: coffee and tea service, mini fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster oven, induction burner with cookware, electric kettle, and all dishes and utensils. Please note, there is no full stove or oven. Traveling for work? A dedicated workspace with fast 1Gb Wi-Fi makes it easy to stay connected. The bright, spacious bathroom provides plenty of room to get ready for a day of exploring or a night out on the town. Whether you’re here for music, food, or fun, we’ve designed the space to be clean, welcoming, and easy to enjoy. Guest access Your space is a private upstairs suite with its own external entrance off the front porch, offering complete privacy and independence in a clean, safe, and modern setting. Entry is easy and secure with a keypad deadbolt. A unique 4-digit access code is automatically generated for each stay, so there are no keys to worry about. Guests are welcome to use the laundry facilities located in the garage. The laundry area is accessible without entering our part of the home. We just ask that you give us a quick heads-up when you plan to use the machines so we can bring our dogs inside. Parking for one vehicle is available in the shared driveway, with additional free street parking if needed. Please note that all parking is uncovered. Other things to note Please note that we have one dog and one indoor/outdoor cat, but they are never allowed in the guest suite. The space is kept completely pet-free, so guests with allergies don’t need to worry about pet hair or dander. You may occasionally hear our dog bark briefly if someone knocks on the door or when we arrive home, but overall the property is very quiet and peaceful.
