The space As you can see in the photos the flat consists of the following spaces: -An outdoor living-dining area with sofa and modern TV. It has a small table that can be left in two positions: folded up, a small table for 1; unfolded table for 2. Ideal to have an aperitif watching TV. -To the left, a white painted wooden dining table. With six chairs, so that the whole family can sit at it. It is situated next to the window that faces outside, so the area is always illuminated. -At the back of the room, an open kitchen is integrated in the dining room. It is striking for its design, with a wooden worktop in the shape of a c. In the outermost part, there are 2 stools. The kitchen has a microwave oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher. -The sleeping area is arranged as follows: -A master bedroom with a queen-size bed of 150 cm and two bedside tables with their lamps. En-suite bathroom. -Second bedroom this time with two single beds placed together to make the most of the space and brick wall aesthetics. -The last bedroom with a 90 cm single bed, wallpapered walls and a lattice as a window. -Another complete bathrooms with shower screen. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. Air conditioning by split air conditioner. In total there are 4, placed in the living room and in all rooms. The property does not have heating, it is not really necessary for the area. In case you want to increase the temperature, the splits have a heat pump. Hot water by electric boiler. The flat does not have a lift but it is on the 1st floor. The travel crib is always in the house, stored in the closet. You must bring your own sheets. As for the parking, it is not possible to park in the street of the flat but it is possible to park in the neighbouring streets. A wide street for parking that is very close is: C. Torneo, 26. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization. Arrival available from 16h to 20h, for any other time please contact us before booking. Legal registration of travellers according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 and Royal Decree 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travellers. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
