This is great for guests who want some privacy but are traveling with friends or family and want to open the place up to hang out. Everything is brand new! There is one shared balcony space between the two spaces for you to enjoy. Location: this suite resides above our 3 car garage and has two entrances : one through a shared space and the other through the back steps at the back entrance. View: The unit oversees the woods in the back of our property. Guest access Guests can walk the lane, enjoy time on the green space in the yard, enjoy the balcony overlooking the property.
