This adorable cottage is a fun getaway and place to unwind. Enjoy a day on our beach or exploring the town of Urbanna. The Little Dipper is a quaint, vintage cottage overlooking the Rappahannock River. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and clothing storage. This bedroom also provides access to the bathroom. The second bedroom is on the small side outfitted with the bunk beds to help maximize the space. The bathroom is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, and soap. Linens & blankets are provided for the bedrooms. The kitchen and living space create an open and airy room with a bistro table for dining and loveseat for lounging. French doors lead from the living area to our screened porch overlooking the Rappahannock River. Excellent place for morning coffee, unwinding after a day on the water, or to enjoy a local seafood feast. A boardwalk leads from the cottage to the beach for easy access and the outdoor shower is perfect to rinse off sandy feet. We're excited to offer 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards to our guests. ***We have a golf cart & boat rental (Regal 1900 bowrider) available for daily rental rates*** Golf cart will be delivered prior to your arrival & the boat is located in a nearby slip at the town marina. Please message us if you are interested in either. Virginia Boater's License is required to operate a boat in the state of Virginia. The place is yours! Nestled on the beach by the Rappahannock River at the mouth of Urbanna Creek. A short walk or bike ride into the town of Urbanna for access to shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the grocery store in town. Bring your own bikes or ask us about golf cart rentals for a fun cruise around town. Bed linens are provided. Bathroom is only accessible from within primary bedroom - which might not provide as much privacy as some would prefer. We provide bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. Also provided is a starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper. Queen bed in primary room and the second bedroom has a twin bunk bed.
