Decorated house in the best and safest condominium on the north coast, in Juquehy, located on the beach street, on Av. Mãe Bernarda. Our house is very spacious and has integrated kitchen, living and dining room environments, in a perfect space to welcome you, your family and friends. There are 4 en-suites with air-conditioning and top-tier cabinets. Kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, platters and various utensils to make you feel at home. The space The condominium has 3 swimming pools, a children's playground, tennis and beach tennis courts, as well as a fitness room and sauna. For the comfort of our guests, we provide a small mobile barbecue and a Nespresso coffee machine. *Important* The condominium has beach service and offers 04 chairs and 01 umbrella per house. Guests should only bring pool towels. Bed linen, bath towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the beds. Our house accommodates 10 guests. However, for more than 8 guests, an extra fee of R$300 per day/per guest will be charged. We provide mats for the 2 extra guests. Visitors are not allowed in our house. *Parties are strictly forbidden* Guest access Guests will have access to all common areas of the condominium, as well as beach service with 4 chairs and a parasol. Other things to note To enter the condominium, you will need to provide the guest's full name, vehicle model and license plate. Our garage accommodates 2 vehicles. The day after your check-out, we will make a checklist of the furniture and decorative objects. If there is damage, we will report it and use the security deposit to repair the damage. Our check-in is at 4 p.m. If you wish and there is availability, we have the option of Early Check-In for R$450.00 from 12 noon. For Late Check-out, consider: R$100.00 per hour until 3 p.m.; And the amount of half a day until 6 p.m. After 6 p.m., you will be charged the amount of one night.
