Complimentary coffee/cappuccino & bottle water. Less 2 mile for shopping. Just 12 minuets from the airport. Very nice and quite neighborhood. Quiet & friendly neighborhood 13 minutes from the Airport, 25 minutes from downtown St. Louis just 5 minutes from shopping & restaurants. Parking is available in the rear, Public transportation is less in a quarter mile if needed. Adults only. 3 cameras are recording 24 hours at all times outside of the home for safety only. One is located on the front door one is located on the top of the garage in the backyard and the other one is located on the opposite side of the home on the roof by the fence. No cameras are inside the home.
