Enjoy a stylish experience at our ultra centrally new place. Our apartment here is renovated in a unic and high level and offers a top level of comfort for a short and long stays, we have a closed balcony with a dinning area and a big bathroom with a bathtub. We have self check in and out system and also free Netflix for our guests. PARTIES AND LOAD NOISES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN The space This 2 rooms modern and renovated apartment is located in the heart of the center, 3 min walking from Piata Universitate and 5 from the old center of the city. It has a big comfortable and very lighted bedroom and a big livingroom that includes a closed balcony from both rooms there is a relatively nice view (for the center of Bucharest) of Piata Rosetti. in the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed ,there is an Air conditioner in each room , an open kitchen in the living/ balcony , a dinning area with an opening table and a smart TV in each room. The hot water all year long are coming from a boiler that is inside the bathroom. please pay attention that like all boilers it has a capacity of hot water it can provide so after 2 consecutive showers or 1 long one it might need to wait a little bit until it is hit again. Other things to note No PARTIES and load noises/ music is allowed also we ask not leave a big mess around the apartment - Guest who can't respect all these will be asked to leave immediately without getting a refund. The hot water all year long are coming from a boiler that is inside the bathroom. please pay attention that like all boilers it has a capacity of hot water it can provide so after 2 consecutive showers or 1 long one it might need to wait a little bit until it is hit again. The heating during the cold season is done by the two ac's please make sure to set the remote control for heating mode. (it takes about 6-8 min until the ac starts to take out hot air).
