Located in the Morada da Praia neighborhood, the condominium offers a concierge and a shopping center just 300 meters away, where you can find a bakery, market, pharmacy and pizzeria, all within walking distance. For sports lovers, there is a running track and bicycle rental along Av. Itapuã, which stretches for 7 km. In addition, the place has a 12.5-meter-long swimming pool and a half-moon for children, ensuring fun for the whole family. The space The property has a large swimming pool accompanied by a kiosk equipped with a barbecue, ideal for moments of leisure and socializing. Guest access Free parking is available, with one space per suite, plus spaces in the courtyard and three on the sidewalk. To access the beach, you can park along Av. Itapuã, near the entrance. The neighborhood is safe for walks and is just 300 meters from a small center with a market, pharmacy, bakery, pizzeria and ice cream parlor. The 7 km long Itapuã Avenue connects the mountains to the beach at the entrance. A free internal shuttle, with a fixed schedule, is available to facilitate travel. The infrastructure includes toilets and showers for use after leaving the beach, and access to the beach is via a walkway. During your stay I will be near the Inn 24/7, and any questions can be resolved through the phone provided or in person, if necessary. Check-in is flexible, allowing entry at any time. The key will be available in the safe box next to the door. We do not provide bed linens, bath linens, pillows, or breakfast.
